About Cassandra
From the classrooms of a boys’ high school to the corridors of the High Court, my journey has been anything but ordinary. As a former teacher, I know the importance of clear communication, empathy and understanding, and the value of supporting the people I serve. These skills have shaped my approach to conveyancing.
Admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary by the High Court, in a rare triple admission I've found my sweet spot in property law. Buying or selling property is deeply personal, and I’ll take care of you as you take that next step towards your future. Because with me, it's not just about conveyancing; it's about building lasting relationships.

Property law may be complex and time consuming, and when it comes to property transfers, this can be a real source of stress for both the Buyer and the Seller. But knowing exactly where you are makes the wait less stressful - and more exciting!
And while it is the Seller’s right to choose the Conveyancer, I represent both the Seller AND the Purchaser. I break down the process for you, and take care of every detail. Whether you are an estate agent on the go, a Purchaser eager to take transfer or a Seller waiting anxiously for payment, I’ll keep you fully informed and up to date.

You're not just another file on my desk. Your property transaction is personal to me. I fought to change careers when my children were old enough for me to go back to University, and I intend to make that struggle worth it for every single client.
Estate Agents
You put your reputation on the line every time you recommend a Conveyancer. I take that responsibility seriously, and I work hard to expedite each transfer. I also make sure you have the information you need - even if you’re not at your desk, and I’m always only a phone call away.
Sales Contracts
If you're buying or selling privately, I’ll draw up a comprehensive sales contract specifically for you. With a transaction this important, you need a contract that protects the Purchaser and the Seller, not a generic cookie cutter contract that might not protect you adequately. And I’ll handle all your Conveyancing needs too.
Sectional Title Developments
Registrations are one less thing for you to worry about. I give developers meticulous and efficient service and offer you valuable experience in sectional title developments. My particular areas of expertise include:
- Planning and opening sectional title registers
- Sub-divisions, consolidations and extensions of sections and exclusive use areas
- Extensions of schemes, dealing with common property and conversions from share block to sectional title
Property Mediation
Most property transactions proceed smoothly, thanks in large part to the meticulous attention I give your transfer. However, property is a high stakes environment - both emotionally and financially - and disputes can become a source of tension and jeopardise your deal. As an accredited Mediator, I can help resolve any issues and keep your transfer on track.
Notarial Services
I’ll authenticate any necessary documents, draft and execute notarial contracts, and give notarial services with precision and care.
