FINDING COMMON GROUND
Family & Divorce Mediation
Your divorce or separation doesn't have to be a legal contest
Your family unit may be breaking up, but the relationships between family members must be protected.
Mediation can help you have an honest conversation with your partner, in a safe and confidential space, so you begin to understand each other and explore common ground.
Why allow a Court to decide about your children and your finances? You know your family situation intimately and can negotiate a future you have created and can live with after the divorce or separation.

About Cassandra
From the classrooms of a boys’ high school to the corridors of the High Court, my journey has been anything but ordinary. As a former teacher, I know the importance of clear communication, empathy and understanding, and the value of supporting the people I serve. These skills have shaped my approach to mediation.

Admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary by the High Court in a rare triple admission, I'm also an accredited Mediator with the South African Association of Mediators, Conflict Dynamics and Social Justice.
My focus, as an impartial facilitator, is on helping you resolve complex issues to reach a harmonious agreement.
